Who Are We?

We are a party-politically neutral initiative group committed to exploring and promoting liberty. Our mission is to educate and encourage a liberty-minded generation of Armenians, which will have a sustainable impact on the development of the society as a whole.

What do we do?

Our activities have educational character only, providing young Armenian people with the opportunity to learn more about the ideas of liberty trough different perspectives and disciplines, e.g. economics, philosophy, political theory, law.

-Liberty Camps: In collaboration with Language of Liberty Institute we organize yearly Liberty English Camps. Our first Camp took place in February 2011, where 27 participants from Armenia, Georgia and India were gathered to explore the ideas of liberty through interactive lectures, workshops, presentations, debates and discussions led by instructors from the US, Poland, Estonia, Norway and Malaysia.

Our 2nd Camp took place April 2012, uniting 28 liberty-minded participants and instructors from 4 countries. The camp, for the first time, among other things was focused on the understanding of human rights as standards of behavior.

- Publishing: We make educational materials and books on classical liberal ideas available to Armenian youth in their native language.

Our first project within this program is to publish the Armenian edition of The Adventures of Jonathan Gullible: A Free Market Odyssey by Ken Schoolland, which makes principles of liberty very accessible to an average reader.

- Discussion Evenings: We are planning to organize weekly discussion evenings, where young people interested in the ideas of liberty can gather to express their thoughts, debate, learn something new and create networks.
